💠The work on the Erasmusplus Ka210 project W-RETURN: Women’s Empowerment and Reemployment Route, of which the Paydaş Eğitim Kültür ve Sanat Derneği is a partner, continues.
🌀 The project, coordinated by RegioVision GmbH from Schwerin, Germany, aims to provide special learning paths for adult women who are not in the business sector and have problems in employment, to develop their basic skills and to increase their participation in the labor market.
🍀A total of 10 women from Turkey and Germany will receive training in Schwerin between July 13-19, 2025.
🌿 In the workshops to be created locally, skill development activities and trainings will be given to 20 women on current issues. In this context, meetings and plans have been made to meet with current women.
