Our Purpose
Paydaş Derneği, as a platform where educators, young people, and individuals devoted to education come together, aims to contribute to social development. In this direction, we aim to:
- Support the social, cultural, artistic, and personal development of young people,
- Enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of young people and educators,
- Support the participation of disadvantaged groups in social life,
- Contribute to raising socially responsible, conscious, and accountable individuals,
- Enable young people and educators to connect with the world through national and international projects,
- Provide trainings and workshops for young people and educators on topics such as social rights, entrepreneurship, communication, and leadership,
- Contribute to social transformation through volunteer-based, independent, and sustainable efforts.
Our Values

Our Mission
Founded in 2014 through the collaboration of educators and volunteers, Paydaş Derneği is an active civil society organization working for social change and individual development.
Our mission is to empower young people and individuals from all segments of society to become more conscious, responsible, and active citizens by helping them gain knowledge, skills, and values; to reduce social inequalities, strengthen solidarity, and create equal opportunities.
Through projects in the fields of education, culture, arts, environment, and social rights, we support the participation of youth in social life. We offer workshops, seminars, leadership programs, and volunteering opportunities to help individuals express themselves, grow, and become active contributors to society.
At the same time, through national and international youth programs — especially Erasmus+ projects — we aim to introduce young people to different cultures and experiences, helping them gain a global perspective. We encourage youth not only to be the leaders of tomorrow but also decision-makers of today.
Paydaş is not only an association but also an effort to build a community. Through volunteer work and projects, we support the social and professional development of young people, women, children, individuals with disabilities, and all other disadvantaged groups by promoting their active participation in society.
In line with our principles and values, we adopt the principles of independence, freedom, equality, and inclusivity in all our work, aiming to build a strong, conscious, and solidarity-based civil society structure.
Our Vision
The vision of Paydaş Derneği is a future where young people, educators, and volunteers take part in all areas of society as active, conscious, and effective individuals.
We aim to create a sphere of influence on both local and global scales in the path toward building a society that acts with a sense of social responsibility and supports social change and progress.
In our vision, we aim to build bridges between different cultures and strengthen social solidarity and cultural exchange. By integrating education, culture, and art into all areas of life, we enable individuals to express themselves, think freely, and generate solutions to social problems.
Paydaş develops projects focused on achieving social equality and equal opportunities for women, youth, children, people with disabilities, and other disadvantaged groups, ensuring their visibility in all areas of society. While helping young people improve their leadership skills, we aim to raise them as individuals capable of creating change within their own communities.
We work to build an inclusive society and strive for a world where all individuals enjoy equal rights, regardless of language, religion, race, gender, or any other difference. At the same time, we aim to create lasting change through environmentally conscious and socially responsible projects that contribute to achieving sustainable development goals.
Through international collaborations, especially Erasmus+ and other European youth projects, we provide young people with opportunities to explore the world, engage with different cultures, and develop their own initiatives. By working in cooperation on both national and international levels, we act with a global vision to produce innovative solutions to social problems.
The vision of Paydaş is to ensure that young people are not just passive members of society but active leaders of change. While doing so, we strengthen the role of volunteers and encourage every individual to discover their own potential. We work together to build a structure that enables the development and social participation of every person.
