Organization Coordinator
Hello,
I’m Serap Bozkurt Özgür. I was born in 1978 in Zonguldak. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Publicity. I have been serving in the public sector for 26 years, and I currently work as a Chief at the Directorate of National Education.
Throughout my professional life, I have made it a priority not only to fulfill my official duties but also to remain active in social, cultural, and humanitarian fields. I believe that a person leaves a lasting mark not only through their profession but also through what they contribute to life.
My interest in folk dance and theater has grown beyond just a hobby over the years. I have received training in these areas and hold a Level 1 Folk Dance Coaching Certificate and a Scout Leadership Certificate. These are more than just documents to me—they represent collaboration, sharing, and the preservation of our cultural heritage.
My family, friends, and social circle are very important to me. What I value most in life is being able to touch lives, even if only in small ways. For me, personal growth, being open to innovation, and sharing that growth with others is a way of life.
Organizing events, bringing together a team, and moving forward toward common goals are both among my greatest strengths and the work I enjoy most. I strive to reflect this ability in the projects we carry out under the umbrella of PAYDAŞ Association for Education, Culture, and Art.
My goal is to expand these valuable initiatives—which center on culture, art, education, and solidarity—to reach larger audiences, benefit more people, and leave a more meaningful impact together.
