Project Director

I work as a volunteer project designer at Paydaş Eğitim Kültür ve Sanat Derneği. I graduated from the Faculty of Education, Department of Science Education at Kocaeli University and completed my master’s degree in Science Education at the Institute of Science at Amasya University.

I have worked as a project coordinator in various NGOs, as well as in the Special Office of Samsun Provincial Directorate of National Education and Terme District Directorate of National Education.

I coordinated the TÜBİTAK 4007 UKİHO Science Festival and served as an expert/researcher in the TÜBİTAK 4007 Terme Education, Science and Culture Festival. I participated in Training of Trainers programs on inclusion and digitalization organized by SALTO Youth and UNESCO. I have extensive experience in designing, managing, and reporting EU projects. I have been involved in the design and implementation of many Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects.

I am currently leading the Blue Steps Without Plastic project, supported by the SHORE Horizon program. Additionally, I am involved in studies on the risks of artificial intelligence and digitalization.

My focus areas include educational technology integration, inclusion and diversity, climate change and environmental education, and media literacy. I am a certified trainer in inclusion and diversity. I have specialized in educational planning, curriculum design, content development for online learning platforms, and dissemination strategies.

At Paydaş Eğitim Kültür ve Sanat Derneği, my aim is to develop and implement projects related to inclusion, climate change, and digital transformation within national and central calls such as Erasmus+ KA2, HORIZON, AMIF, and DIGITAL EUROPE. Over the next decade, I plan to conduct the strategic planning required for Paydaş to establish its own personal development academies.
