💠 Within the scope of the 2024 Technical Support Program for Professional Development within the Western Black Sea Development Agency, trainings are carried out for our association members within the project called “Institutional Capacity Development for Social Innovation” carried out by Paydaş Association.
🌀 In the trainings provided by Octa Impact Company, activities are carried out in the field of equipping members with the skills of the future and rights-based work in order to improve the institutional capacity of Paydaş Association.
🌀Within the scope of the project, activities are carried out for the members of the association to equip them with the skills of the future and in the field of rights-based work in order to increase their advocacy and institutional capacity in the field of NGOs.
The project aims to develop Paydaş Association’s capacity in the field of social entrepreneurship, to create a volunteer management system, to prepare projects with high social impact, and to develop the association to create a sustainable, innovative manpower capacity. With this project, 15 participants, consisting of the association management and young volunteers of the association, will receive a 2-day training on NGO Management and Change Management, and 10 participants will receive consultancy on the preparation of corporate identity documents.
