Youth Projects Coordinator
At PAYDAŞ, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with many experts, which has contributed greatly to my personal development and way of thinking. The trainings we participated in and followed, the hands-on experiences in writing Erasmus+ projects, and the processes of developing and organizing a project are just some of the valuable experiences I’ve gained. Building connections with national and international organizations and meeting new friends with diverse life stories have been a true pleasure for me.
What I truly appreciate about PAYDAŞ is its commitment to listening to those who are often invisible, ignored, or deprioritized in society—and creating inspiring stories with them. I admire how it seeks solutions to young people’s problems by drawing strength from civil society dynamics.
Dreaming, creating, and seeing beautiful outcomes from sincere effort are my real sources of motivation. Contributing to civil society gives me a deep sense of responsibility toward my country and people.
For me, PAYDAŞ is a true home. I want to help grow this home even more—to show young people who lack opportunities that success is possible with dedication, and to help them strengthen their belief in themselves.
The words of Rumi always remind me that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be:
“One day,
The flowers you thought would never bloom will blossom.
The troubles you thought would never go away will fade.
The time you thought would never end will pass.
But that’s life—
First gratitude, then patience, and finally, faith.”
