A Story on the Rails:
“The Railway Story Leading to Coal” with Ekrem Murat Zaman
On the morning of Saturday, May 9, participants gathered at Zonguldak Train Station as part of an event organized by the Paydaş Derneği, where they met with local historian Ekrem Murat Zaman.
During the train journey, Ekrem Murat Zaman shared stories and narratives about the region’s history. The program continued at Filyos Ancient City.
The event went on with a visit to the Çatuk Art Exhibition in Filyos, accompanied by a poetry and music recital. The program concluded with the 18:20 Filyos–Zonguldak train.
