We held a conversation with Dr. Lecturer Rauf Kahraman Ürkmez on the Anatolian tradition of irfan (spiritual wisdom) and the prominent figures of this tradition, Mevlana and Yunus Emre.
Our esteemed professor guided us through the journey of seeking irfan, explaining it as a path where scholarly knowledge meets the search for meaning, and as a journey centered on irfan that leads toward truth. Within this framework, the unique quests of Yunus Emre and Mevlana shed light on the subject through numerous illustrative examples.
