Organized in collaboration with Zonguldak Valiliği and Paydaş Eğitim Kültür ve Sanat Derneği “Sky – Lake – Melody” concert is set to bring music enthusiasts together for a unique musical experience. The event will feature an inspiring program combining flute, violin, piano and ney, blending classical Western music with traditional Turkish melodies.
First Section: Flute – Violin – Piano
The opening section will present duet and trio performances of distinguished works by renowned composers such as Robert Schumann, Sergei Rachmaninov, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and George Frideric Handel. The program also includes “Kızların Dansı” (Dance of the Girls) by Turkish composer Necdet Levent.
Second Section: Ney and Piano
The second part of the concert features works for ney and piano composed and arranged by Mehmet Şahin Akıncı. In addition, the program includes well-known Turkish folk songs such as “Çanakkale İçinde” and “Aktaş Diye Bellediğim,” an ilahi with lyrics by Yunus Emre, and beloved pieces from the Turkish classical music repertoire.
