The Erasmus+ KA210 “W-RETURN: Women’s Empowerment and Reemployment Route” Project, in which the Paydaş Derneği is a partner, was introduced to Kozlu Belediyesi female employees.
The project aims to empower women who have taken a break from their careers by developing themselves in entrepreneurship, digital literacy, creativity, and personal development, thus rejoining the workforce.
