Educational Workshops Consultant (Psychological Counselor, Facilitator)
I was born in 1975 in Zonguldak, Turkey. I completed my undergraduate education in 1997 at Gazi University, Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. For many years, I worked in various public and private institutions across the country. As a psychological counselor and guidance specialist, I have worked with children, young people, parents, and educators. Since my retirement in 2023, I have continued to share my professional experience in both volunteer and professional capacities.
I wholeheartedly believe that personal development is a lifelong process, and that education, culture, and art have a transformative power in helping individuals realize their potential. As the Educational Workshops Consultant at Paydaş Association for Education, Culture, and Art, I support the design and implementation of group workshops, creative learning environments, and community development programs for participants of all ages.
Throughout my professional journey, I have continued to practice counseling while also receiving training and conducting practices in various areas such as psychodrama, creative drama, family education, student coaching, and psychotherapy approaches. I have participated in both local and international projects. I am also a certified facilitator of P4C (Philosophy for Children and Communities). My areas of interest include painting, handicrafts, travel, and philosophy.
I see life as a journey of learning. I believe that every individual and community I encounter on this journey offers a unique opportunity for mutual growth. By developing an interdisciplinary approach, I aim to create safe spaces where individuals and groups can express themselves, think critically, and co-create.
I believe that PAYDAŞ’s inclusive approach, which respects each individual’s uniqueness, meaningfully contributes to a culture of collective living by creating space for collaboration, reflection, and transformation. I am honored and happy to be in collaboration with this valuable and ever-evolving organization.
